   3.2 No refunds will be provided under any circumstances including but not limited to failure to participate in the course, failure to complete assignments, or failure to attend scheduled meetings.

   4.1 You are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and completing all exercises and assignments on time.

   4.2 Your commitment to completing the assignments and exercises as outlined is essential of your growth and success within the program.

   4.3 You agree to provide honest feedback during coaching sessions and actively participate in discussions and activities.
   

5. Termination of Services

   5.1 Samantha Gore reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

   5.2 In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.
   

6. Confidentiality

   All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
   

7. Disclaimer of Results

   Samantha Gore does not guarentee specific results from participating in any coaching or mentorship program. Success depends on your commitment, effort and engagement.
   

8. Intellectual Property

   8.1 All course materials, including but not limited ot videos, audio files, PDFs and worksheets are the Intellectual Property of Sam Gore and are provded solely for your personal use.

   8.2 You are not permitted to share, distribute or sell any course materials without express written permission.
   

9. Amendments

   Samantha Gore reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
